MarcoPolo New York - MarcoPolo: Internet Content for the Classroom is a nonprofit consortium of premier educational organizations and the MCI Foundation providing high quality Internet content to teachers and students. It includes content rich web sites created by seven of the nation's leading education organizations. These sites provide lesson plans, student interactive content, downloadable worksheets, links to panel-reviewed Web sites and many more additional resources.

The sites in themselves are fabulous but, the plus on MarcoPolo New York's site is that you are provided with aligned links from state curriculum standards to MarcoPolo's resources. SUPER!!!

MarcoPolo Resources

• The MarcoPolo New York Search Engine searches for MarcoPolo lessons matched to New York State Learning Standards, performance indicators and competencies.
• The MarcoPolo Audio Flash Tour for new users provides a comprehensive overview of the MarcoPolo program. Also, watch the MarcoPolo NY video.
• The Educator MarcoGram is a thematic curriculum newsletter distributed monthly via e-mail and also available online.
