eSchoolPLUS features a customizable homepage that can provide, enrollment, attendance, emergency notifications, and reports instantly upon signing in to the system. This feature provides administrators with the ability to monitor current building, district-wide and NCLB statistics for attendance, discipline, test scores, etc., from their own home page.

Demographics

The Demographics feature allows adminstrators to easily enroll or pre-register a new student. The Geo-code feature is used to determine building assignment and even set up special 'Alert Messages" (medical, custodial, etc.) which appear in a pop-up window whenever anyone accesses that student's record. Everything can be tracked here from basic information, family linking, unlimited guardians and which mailing each should receive, to all of the activities a student is enrolled in and whether they are meeting your eligibility requirements. The entry/withdrawal feature automatically tracks and provides you with a chronological view of each student's movement from building to building, or out of the district. Should the student return to the district, the student's record can simply be reactivated for re-enrollment.

The eSchoolPLUS Teacher Access Center helps teachers spend their time on education by providing them with an efficient classroom administration and parent communication system. Either right in their classroom or from home, teachers can use their web browser to quickly and easily enter attendance, manage grades and assignments, access student demographics, and send notes to parents regarding their students’ progress. Its intuitive browser interface is ‘teacher friendly’ and all information and updates are real-time and recorded on each student’s historical record.

The eSchoolPLUS Home Access Center provides parents and guardians with helpful information to support and guide their children through the educational process. Right from the comfort of home, or anywhere, at any time day or night, parents can access a convenient web portal to see their student’s test scores, attendance record, class work assigned, discipline records and much, much more. E-mail links are available throughout the center so parents can easily communicate with the school and teachers.
