James Maher

Jim Maher joined the BOCES organization 7 years ago. He has served as the Project Manager for Pentamation services at the LHRIC. Over the years, Jim has been an integral part of the continued development and growth of the student support team at the LHRIC by providing our client districts with professional support for both Pentamation OPEN SERIES and SunGard eSchoolPLUS student management systems. Prior to coming to BOCES, Jim worked with financial and educational data processing for not-for-profit organizations for several years.

Kimberly Rende

For the past 8 years, Kim Rende has contributed to district technical support and training in the Pentamation OPEN SERIES and eSchoolPLUS student management systems. She has been in the Customer Service Representative role at the Lower Hudson Regional Information Center for 19 years. Kim joined BOCES with 5 years of experience in the computer operations industry with the Pepsico and Amax Corporations.

Steven Rosen

Steven Rosen has been a valuable member of the BOCES team for 23 years. He has more than 11 years experience working with the Pentamation OPEN SERIES and eSchoolPLUS student management systems as a Systems Analyst Programmer. Steven creates procedures for districts to make their data processing easier. Prior to joining the LHRIC, Steven had many years of education and experience in data processing and programming.

Catherine Brown

Catherine Brown is the Customer Service Coordinator of the student services department. She has been with the LHRIC for over a year. Catherine has years of experience in project management and is a valuable source of information regarding student services support offerings.
