Pentamation/FinancePLUS

FinancePLUS, the PLUS SERIES Financial and Human Resource applications, utilize a single integrated database to provide up-to-the-minute fiscal, budgetary and personnel information. All fund accounting is performed in accordance with GAAP and GAAFR requirements. Human Resource components are specifically designed to manage the complexities of school district payroll and personnel functions such as salary negotiations, step/range tables and pension processing.

  • Financial Accounting - A comprehensive fund accounting, general ledger, purchasing, accounts payable and budgeting software system designed to meet the requirements of K-12 school districts.

  • Fixed Assets - A capital assets tracking system for K-12 school districts.

  • Human Resources - A comprehensive K-12 payroll, applicant tracking and personnel system.

  • Position Control - Designed to define, track, and control available district employee positions.

  • Personnel Budgeting - Manages the K-12 payroll and personnel budgeting process.

  • Salary Projections - A full-featured package designed to manage the payroll and personnel projection requirements for K-12 schools.

  • Reporting and Analysis - The Cognos family of intuitive reporting and analysis tools has been integrated with all of the PLUS SERIES applications. This suite of tools allows for database query and reporting from the desktop, extensive data-warehousing, multi-dimensional On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Web distribution of reports. Users can quickly and easily create any query, report or analyze data as well as utilize its flexible report distribution capabilities.
