INSURANCE INFORMATION   Making Claims Schools will be billed for the first $200 to cover the insurance deductible on stolen equipment. Schools must contact their Regional Coordinator and report the theft of computer equipment. The school will be required to submit a police report to BOCES. The BOCES RC will complete the necessary insurance forms. The service request will show the total cost of parts and labor but the school district is only responsible to pay $200 per incident.
