Warranty Repairs
LHRIC does not receive any compensation from manufacturers for
which we are not authorized to perform warranty repair. We are only
authorized to perform warranty repairs for Dell, Apple and HP at
this time.
To assist our customers with the warranty repair of all other manufacturers
equipment, LHRIC will expedite the repair of your equipment at your
request. A labor charge of two hours will be applied for the pickup
and return of your equipment. Actual shipping and handling charges
to expedite your equipment to the manufacturer (or the manufacturer's
authorized service center) will also apply to your warranty repair.
These charges to expedite the repair of your equipment are applicable
regardless of where you made you purchase from, including instances
where LHRIC acted as the supplying vendor as in an IPA.
Warranty repair remains the responsibility of the school district
for all computer equipment during the purchase or lease period.
LHRIC is not an agent of any manufacturer and the policies established
by each manufacturer determine our ability to provide warranty service
for you.
