Service Request Guidelines

When placing a service request, the following guidelines are required to help provide fast and effective support. Please use these information cards as a guideline to obtain the necessary information about your hardware and software. Post these cards in classrooms or labs where computers are used.

In order to process your request more efficiently the help desk requires certain technical specifications from the hardware.
