Service Request Reports - Online

Component districts can access their Service Request Reports Online. This service includes:

> An Open Call Report which includes all open service requests pending resolution.
> A Closed Call Report which lists all of the service requests that have been opened and closed (resolved) within a specified date range.
> Single Ticket Call Report which includes all call details of a specified service request number.

Reports include all calls entered into our BOCES Help Desk for your school district and do not include any Express service requests.


Accessing the Reports

> Go to the website - Help Desk Reports
> Enter in User ID and Password (provided to you by your district Technology Coordinator)
> For all other assistance access the Web Report Manual.
