Service Request Reports - Online
Component districts can access their Service Request Reports Online.
This service includes:

An Open Call Report which includes all open
service requests pending resolution. |

A Closed Call Report which lists all of the
service requests that have been opened and closed (resolved)
within a specified date range. |

Single Ticket Call Report which includes all
call details of a specified service request number. |
Reports include all calls entered into our BOCES
Help Desk for your school district and do not include any
Express service requests.
