Requesting a Return

The customer should follow the procedures below to request a return for merchandise. View our Terms and Conditions before requesting a return.

  1. Contact the Project Manager or Don Rimmer (EXPRESS)

  2. Have the following information available:
  • School District/Building
  • Requester/phone number, e-mail, Fax number
  • Purchase order number
  • Product/item number/Service Tag
  • Quantity returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Condition of Product
  • Is it a Replacement
  • Original Ship Date(on packing slip)
  1. Complete a Return Policy Form
