Rimmer (EXPRESS)
- Have the following information available:
- School District/Building
- Requester/phone number, e-mail, Fax number
- Purchase order number
- Product/item number/Service Tag
- Quantity returned
- Reason for the return
- Condition of Product
- Is it a Replacement
- Original Ship Date(on packing slip)
- Complete a Return
