LHRIC logo Performance measurement of the LHRIC services

The LHRIC holds itself accountable to the members of the technology consortium by measuring our performance quarterly and sharing results. We use this information to take actions that will help improve our services. We also measure our own staff's satisfaction. We have made a commitment to have the LHRIC be a satisfying place to work. Again, measurement helps us take actions to improve.

We continue to develop performance indicators for all services through partnership with our LHRIC Advisory Committee and our service focus groups.

LHRIC Mission

The mission of the Lower Hudson Regional Information Center is to provide leadership and to collaborate with school districts and communities to meet their educational challenges by delivering cost-effective, high-quality technology services.
