The LHRIC holds itself accountable to the members of the
technology consortium by measuring our performance quarterly
and sharing results. We use this information to take actions
that will help improve our services. We also measure our own
staff's satisfaction. We have made a commitment to have the
LHRIC be a satisfying place to work. Again, measurement helps
us take actions to improve.
